Administrative Assistant

Job Description 
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The onsite working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (office is located in Beverly Hills, CA).

  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
  • Ensure optimal use of office equipment, supplies, and inventories through preventive maintenance
  • Maintain and oversea workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layout
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements and skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • College degree; fresh graduate is welcome
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin required
