A premium start-up beverage company based in Los Angeles is ready for rapid growth and is looking for a Vice President, Sales with extensive experience in the beverage industry to lead the sales effort.
This is a senior management position reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Distributor selection and management.
- National and regional chain account sales.
- Assist in developing strategic marketing plan.
- Recruit, train and manage sales team.
- Exceed Sales goals.
Regularly performed duties include:
- domain Activity and sales reporting.
- Monitor budgets and sales expenses.
- Establish long-term customer relationships focused on 100% customer satisfaction.
- Develop account strategies in accordance with company sales objectives.
- Develop annual sales plan.
- Hire, train and develop an effective sales team
- Prepare weekly recap reports to CEO.
Qualifications:
- 10 years related sales experience. Beverage industry experience preferred but will accept Consumer Products industry experience.
- Experience calling on National and Regional Chain Accounts
- Ability to acquire and develop new accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
